Recruitment Process

1. Alignment

We will evaluate your alignment with our company culture and values.

2. Harmonize

We will evaluate how well you’ll harmonize with the team working alongside you.

3. Cross-evaluate

We ask candidates to cross-evaluate WeStreet to ensure it is a good fit for their life and career.

4. Interview

We will call or email applicants to set up an interview with the hiring manager.

5. Background

Select candidates will be asked to do a background screening which may include education, employment, and reference checks, credit and felony checks, and a drug test.

6. Offer

The selected candidate will receive an offer. If accepted, a start date will be discussed.

7. Training

All new employees go through training which includes orientation and other learning tools.
