Daniella has eighteen years of experience writing content, mostly in Spanish. She has worked as a conflict reporter, anchor, podcaster, voiceover, and investigative journalist. In her role at WeStreet Credit Union, she researches, writes, translates and edits articles to help educate the Hispanic community to understand financial products such as budget management, credit system, mortgages and loans. She is also part of WeStreet’s Hispanic Banking initiative.

Baylor has 5 years of content writing experience focusing primarily on B2B and financial institutions. He has written hundreds of SEO-optimized articles and has done numerous content audits for companies’ existing websites. John Dale Ramirez, Financial Center Manager II

John has been part of WeStreet for nine years, working in a variety of roles: Sr. Teller, Sr. MSS, AFCM, and FCM. He has consistently stood out through his dedication to member service and ability to achieve goals while maintaining regulatory practices. As an FCM, John has dedicated countless hours to ensure that each member of his team is trained and confident in their roles, which leads to great member experiences as well as his team’s ability to achieve high marks in member satisfaction.

Dee Fields, Card Operations Manager

Dee has over 15 years of retail banking experience and more than six years of dedicated service at WeStreet. With a strong background in bank management, operations, and member service, Dee oversees the credit union’s card services to ensure security, efficiency, and a seamless member experience. He is passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting WeStreet’s mission of helping members achieve financial well-being through reliable, secure, and innovative banking solutions.

Christy Kibben, Director of Contact Center

Christy leads our call center and video teller teams, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our members across all channels. With over 17 years in banking and more than 23 years in customer service, she brings a deep understanding of frontline operations and member experience. Christy is focused on creating meaningful connections with members, optimizing service, and developing a team culture where people are empowered to grow.

Jonna Brakebill, Director of Human Resources

Jonna has been in the Human Resources field for over 30 years. She has been certified as Human Resources Generalist and a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources, a PHR and a SPHR from HRCI and earned an Employee Relations and Internal Investigations Certificate from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. At the end of the day, she seeks to ensure that all employees are valued for their contribution to the organization and that the organization has engaged team members to meet the needs of our members.

Sarah Lambert, VP of Marketing at Investifi

With over 20 years of experience marketing in the SaaS and B2B space, Sarah has built and led teams at both startups and Fortune 500s. Prior to InvestiFi, she worked in the HR and FinTech space with startups like SmartRecruiters and Buckzy Payments, as well as industry leaders like Oracle and ManpowerGroup. She brings a unique perspective having both integrated and product marketing experience from which to build positioning, product launches, and go-to-market efforts all focused on driving pipeline and revenue.

Jennifer Lang, E-Services Manager

Jennifer serves as our E-Services Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry, including eight years within the finance sector. She leads a team of tellers responsible for managing member interactions on our ITM’s. She also oversees written correspondence through the care center and secure messaging channels. Jennifer is dedicated to fostering a culture grounded in trust and collaboration, with a strong focus on member satisfaction and resolution. Known for her precision and strong organizational skills, she excels in structured, fast-paced work environments.

Jean Hopkins, Director of Retail Consumer Lending

Jean is our Director of Consumer Lending. She began her WeStreet career in 1991. Here she discovered a passion for helping members with their lending needs, educating them on credit health, and guiding them to smart financing solutions. Equally important to her is cultivating a service-driven support team that empowers our Member Service Specialist teams in our branches.

Jeremy Blaylock, Director of Sales

Jeremy has nine years of experience at WeStreet and 28 years of experience in the customer service industry. He leads the team of our Sr. Mortgage Loan Officers who are responsible for generating mortgage leads, guiding members throughout the mortgage application process, providing best-in-class member service and exceeding achievement goals. Jeremy is focused on the continued development of his team and maintaining a culture that promotes great teamwork and outstanding member service.

Jose Rodriguez, Financial Center Manager

Jose is one of WeStreet’s Financial Center Managers or FCM’s. He has been in retail banking for 13 years, eight of which have been with WeStreet. Jose’s passion is assisting members with all of their financial needs and providing quality member service. His care for our members has spread across the organization in all the branches he has worked at. He has been active in the community of all the branches he has worked at and developed partnerships that have helped our members and our organization meet and exceed our goals.
