    What Questions Can We Answer?

    Who is eligible to use the WeStreet Rewards App?

    Any WeStreet member with a Rewards or Interest Rewards checking account.

    How does it work?

    First, you need to open a WeStreet Rewards or Interest Rewards checking account. To get started, download the Rewards App. Login and register using the email associated with your WeStreet account. Next, view available protections and rewards. Some rewards have additional eligibility requirements. 

    What about Cashback rewards?

    All WeStreet checking account holders are eligible for cashback rewards. View your cashback rewards in the Westreet mobile app or through online banking. The WeStreet Rewards App is an exclusive program for Rewards and Interest Rewards checking account holders.

    Can I use the rewards app and cashback rewards?

    Yes! WeStreet Rewards or Interest Rewards checking account holders are eligible for both programs. Earn cashback rewards simply for using your debit card and active exclusive offers and rewards through the WeStreet Rewards app.

    Telemedicine

    You have 24/7 access to licensed clinicians including physicians and nurse practitioners who can provide health services via video chat or phone call through the Sesame telehealth platform. This benefit is available as often as needed for a $0 access fee for primary telehealth visits. This applies only to the account holder.
    Through telehealth, you can receive prescriptions, if necessary, referrals to specialists, and have face-to-face conversations with healthcare providers. Other services are available at a reduced rate. Please note that the Telemedicine benefit is not insurance.

    Cell Phone Protection

    This insurance is to reimburse the enrolled account holder for damage to or theft of eligible Cellular Wireless Telephones. The enrolled checking account holder will receive a monetary reimbursement subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Cellular Telephone Protection Guide to Benefits.

    To be eligible for this benefit, the cell phone bill must be paid with your Rewards checking account the month prior to the incident.

    Protection begins the first day of the calendar month following the payment of the Cellular Wireless Telephone bill using your Rewards checking account. If you fail to make a cell phone bill payment in a particular month, your protection is suspended. Coverage is reinstated the first of the month following the phone bill payment.

    Coverage is for the primary cell phone and up to two (2) secondary phones listed on the cellular billing statement.

    You will be assessed a $50 co-payment per claim.

    Maximum of two (2) claims per 12-month period; maximum benefit $800 per claim and $1600 per 12-month period.

    Specific exclusions include pre-paid or “pay-as-you-go” phones, cosmetic damage that does not impact the phone’s ability to make or receive calls, damage resulting from abuse or normal wear and tear, phones not purchased from a cellular service provider retail store or authorized reseller or Internet store.

    Financial Wellness

    Create legally binding Wills, Health Care Proxies, Powers of Attorney, Pet Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and more. The Financial Wellness benefit is powered by Gentreo, who will inform you if there are updates required to your created legal documents due to change in state or national law.
    All of your legal documents and other important information will be stored in your Family Vault, so it is all in one place you can access easily. You can decide who has access to the Vault and invite them to view documents you wish for them to have access to.

    Health Savings Card

    The Health Savings Card benefit offers discounts and preferred pricing for prescriptions, eye care, and hearing services at participating providers. These discounts cannot be combined with your primary insurance, but you can choose the coverage that offers you the best price. Please note that the Health Savings Card benefit is not insurance.

    To access preferred pricing simply open your WeStreet Rewards App, click Health Savings, then Health Savings Card, then show the information to the participating provider at the time of service or purchase.

    For vision and hearing savings, you can find participating retailers and providers through the WeStreet Rewards App.

    Savings Network

    You can access a savings network that provides you with national and local discounts through the Savings Network benefit. Find discounts and coupons for everything from stores and restaurants to museums and theme parks all across the country.

    Personal Identity Theft

    Receive reimbursement for covered expenses to restore your identity, up to $2,500.

    To be eligible for this benefit, you must have a Rewards or Interest Rewards Checking Account.

    Covered costs under the Personal Identity Theft benefit are:

    • Costs you incur for re-filing applications for loans, grants, or other credit or debt instruments.

    • Costs for notarizing affidavits or other similar documents, long distance telephone calls, and postage.

    • Costs incurred by you for a maximum of four (4) credit reports.

    • Actual lost wages for time taken away from your work premises solely as a result of your efforts to amend or rectify records as to your true name or identity.

    • Costs for reasonable fees for an attorney and related court fees you incur.

    Payment Card Fraud Resolution

    If your payment cards are ever stolen or lost, you have a personal fraud specialist ready to assist with:

    • The cancellation of your card and issuing you a new one.
    • Pulling your online credit report and researching related information.
    • Establish a fraud alert with the Credit Reporting Agency, at your request

    There is no need to register your cards in advance to use the service.

    Identity Restoration

    If you become a victim of identity theft or other fraudulent crimes, identity restoration provides access to a fraud specialist to guide you through the complex process of restoring your personal identity, credit rating, financial security, and legal integrity.

    You’ll have unlimited access to a fraud specialist to assist you with notification to creditors, file alerts and freezes if you deem such action appropriate. The fraud specialist is also available to provide education and assistance with common identity related issues such as lost documents, identity theft of children, travel related issues and more.

    Travel Accidental Death Insurance

    Covers loss of life due to an accident while traveling through a licensed common carrier such as an airplane, a bus, a taxi, a train, or as a passenger in an automobile. The Travel Accidental Death Insurance benefit does not cover accidents which are covered by workers’ compensation. There is a $10,000 death benefit per eligible account holder.

    Buyer's Protection and Extended Warranty

    Buyer’s Protection and Extended Warranty will repair, replace, or reimburse you up to the original purchase price, minus any shipping and handling charges, for purchases of new items up to a maximum of $2,500. This applies for the first 180 days after you purchase the protected product.

    To be eligible for The Buyer’s Protection and Extended Warranty benefit, your item must have been purchased entirely using your WeStreet Rewards Checking or Interest Rewards Checking account.

    Items are covered for up to $2,500 per item with a maximum of $50,000 per year. Any existing warranty on the product has its coverage length doubled to one year maximum.

    Bill Negotiation provides you with a team of experts who will handle bill negotiation and subscription cancellation on your behalf, saving you time, money, and stress. You receive preferred pricing for Bill Negotiation services which you will see reflected in your cart when you sign up. Bill Negotiation services are provided by Billshark. You can access Bill Negotiation services through the WeStreet Rewards App.
