We are performing maintenance on our card processing system, and you may receive declined debit card transactions when using your PIN number. Be mindful of your balance but you can process your card as a credit transaction for approval.

WeStreet Card Management gives you control over your WeStreet credit and debit cards in one convenient location. You can obtain a new card, set up and stop recurring payments, turn your cards on or off, make credit card payments, and much more.
With Card Management, you can turn your cards off at any time with the press of a button and turn them back on just as easily. Note that turning your card off will not block any recurring payments you have set up to charge to your card.
View Your Transaction History
You can view and sort your transaction history with any of your WeStreet cards. Sorting by category or tagging purchases can help you understand your finances.
Transaction Details
You can easily view the details of any card on file by tapping on the transaction you would like to view. You can view when and where the transaction took place, so you never lose track of a transaction. Please note that transaction locations are only available by turning on Transaction Enrichment for your cards in Card Management.
Downloading Transactions
Card Management allows you to easily download your transactions to export them to an external tool for easier sorting and storage. Note that downloading transactions can only be done on desktop.

Adding a Card to Your Digital Wallet
Using Card Management, you can easily add a card to your digital wallet. Simply select the card you wish to add and follow the security procedures to add your card. You can add a card to your digital wallet on your mobile device or your desktop.

Viewing Your Digital Wallet Cards
You can view the cards you have added to your digital wallet within Card Management.
Viewing Spending Insights
Card Management allows you to easily get insights into your spending habits. You can view what, when, and where your transactions occur. You can use this information to make sense of your finances and keep an eye out for transactions made with your card that you did not authorize.
Setting up Card on File and Recurring Payments
The Card on File section helps you keep track of merchants where you have stored one of your cards on file for more convenient purchases. This is also the section where you can view any recurring payments you have set up.
Setting Up Card Controls
Using card controls you can control where, when, and how your cards are used. You can also set per-transaction spend limits.
One-Time Overrides
If a charge is denied due to your card controls, you can override the denial. Simply press the alert and follow the instructions to override the charge denial.
Setting up Alerts
You can control when you receive transaction alerts from Card Management. You can be notified for all transactions, no transactions, or transactions that meet specific criteria that you select.
Extended Alerts
In addition to transaction alerts, you can also set up alerts for a number of card and personal information occurrences. Alerts for payment and billing updates can be created as well.
Creating a Travel Plan
Setting up travel plans through Card Management is an excellent way to help make sure that your transactions made while traveling are not flagged as fraudulent. Creating a travel plan is easy, simply follow the security procedures and then select where you will be traveling as well as your date of departure and date of return.
Editing and Deleting Travel Plans
If your itinerary changes, you can edit or delete your travel plan once it has been created.
Reporting a Stolen Card
Card Management makes it easy for you to report a lost or stolen card. You can deactivate your card right from within the Card Management portal. It is important to note that recurring payments set up before deactivation will continue to be approved. In the event your card is lost, you can order a new card to be sent to you and deactivate the lost card.
Setting a PIN
You can change your PIN at any time on Card Management. Your PIN is used for ATM withdrawals and certain purchases.
Activating a Card
Whenever you receive a new card, you will need to activate it in order to use it. To activate your card, you will need the security code on the card itself. Once your card is activated, do not forget to set a PIN for use at ATM’s and purchases.
Card Settings
You can edit the settings for any card that you have added to Card Management. You can choose to receive communications via email or text message, select your primary device for the account, and activate Transaction Enrichment. Transaction Enrichment allows you to view additional information about transactions made with your cards.
