How do I Use Joy?
You can ask Joy a question and you will get an answer right back. There is no need to listen to an entire phone menu of options before getting your answer. Joy is the quickest way to get efficient answers. No need to worry about keywords or special phrases, Joy can understand complete sentences.
You can say things like “Transfer $200 from my Checking Account to my Savings account” and Joy will handle it!
If you need that human touch, Joy will transfer you to the Member CARE Center during normal business hours to help.

Is the Joy Virtual Assistant Secure to Use?
Yes! Joy verifies your identity using the same authentication as our Online banking, Mobile banking, and our CARE Center team. In addition, Joy’s interactions are secured using the latest encryption technology.
Can I Access the Audio Teller Still?
With the enhancements of Joy, you will be able to retrieve your balance, make transfers, hear transaction history, and make a payment from an external account without needing to listen to a tree of options. Ask Joy a question and she will assist you!
Can I Speak to a Human?
If Joy is unable to help with your questions, Joy will transfer or connect you with one of our local WeStreet Member Care Representatives during normal business hours.

Can Joy Assist Me in Opening a New Membership or Loan?
Yes! Joy can connect you with a WeStreet Loan Representative to help you complete your loan application over the phone. For opening a membership, Joy can send you directions via text messages to our online platform for membership applications.
Is Joy Able to Update Me on the Status of My Loan Application?
Joy will direct you to the Member Care Center Loan department to answer your loan specific questions but is unable to provide you with status updates at this time.
