You can customize your account settings to help you stay up to date on what’s happening in your WeStreet account. Here is how to set up and configure account alerts through Online Banking and Mobile Banking through the WeStreet App.

Online Banking Alerts via Text or Email

  1. Log in to your WeStreet online banking account
  2. On the navigation menu hover over ‘preferences’ then click on alerts on the drop-down menu.
  3. On the alerts screen you can set up whether you would like to receive alerts through text, email, or both for each individual alert.
  4. If you don’t see an alert you are looking for click on ‘Add an alert +’ which will allow you to create a new alert. This allows you to choose which updates or changes to your account you’d like to be notified of including:
  • Balance updates: Get updates on the balance of your account. You can choose how often to be notified from once a week to once a year.
  • Low balance: Notify you when your account balance drops below a specified amount.
  • High balance: Notify you when your account balance exceeds a specified amount.
  • Large withdrawal: Be notified when a withdrawal exceeding a specified amount occurs.
  • Large deposit: Be notified when a deposit exceeding a specified amount occurs.
  • Check cleared: Receive an alert when a check clears meaning the deposited check’s funds are available in your account.
  • Loan payment due: Get reminders of your upcoming loan payments.
  • Loan payment overdue: Get alerts that your loan payments are late.
  • Maturity date: Receive alerts about the maturity date of your certificates.

Once you have finished setting up your alerts, you may exit the page; your changes will be saved automatically.

Mobile Banking App Alerts

  1. Log in to your account on the WeStreet app.
  2. Once you have reached the Home Screen at the top right you will see a gear icon. Tap the gear icon to enter the Settings Page.
  3. When you have reached the Settings Page, find the option ‘Push Notifications’ and tap it.
  4. You can now configure when the WeStreet app will send notifications directly to your device. These notifications include:

If you would like to receive alerts through text messages or email you will need to configure those alerts through Online Banking.
