The Money Management Spending Widget is a helpful tool that can illustrate where your money is being spent to help you make sense of your finances. Any purchases made from accounts you have linked to Money Management will appear on the Spending Widget and will be automatically categorized, though you can manually re-categorize transactions if you would like.
Track where your money is going by category to better understand your spending habits.
Select a section of the wheel to see spending per category. Categories under 3% of total spending are grouped as Other (gray).
Drill down into subcategory spending (for example, Groceries vs. Dining Out) by selecting a category.
Select a subcategory or View Transactions to view related transactions and edit them if needed.
Adjusting the Date Range
You can customize the time frame in three ways:
Use the back/forward arrows to navigate.
Use the dropdown to select a preset range.
Use the calendar view to set a custom range.
Why Can’t I See All My Spending Categories?
Categories with less than 3% of total spending are grouped in Other (gray).
If a category is missing, check Other.
Ensure your transactions are categorized correctly and recategorize them if needed.
Why Does One of My Spending Categories Seem Off?
Transactions may be miscategorized. Regularly reviewing them improves accuracy.
Some credit transactions (for example, reimbursements) may appear in spending instead of income.
